What Coaching Is:
Coaching is a process that happens over a period of time, usually three to 12 months. Why so long? Your current habits weren’t developed in a month or even a year. In fact, many of us have been fine tuning these habits all our lives. It’s our experience that in order to create sustainable change, our clients need time for focus, learning, unlearning, discipline and thoughtfulness to achieve the behavioral change that this type of investment requires.
