Expeditions Within Update
Ris and I have been in Ennis, Montana at the Madison Valley Ranch for our first men’s only program, Expeditions Within. The program is one year in length and features both the Power of Choice Retreat and Power of Leadership Retreat. In addition clients receive monthly one-on-one coaching, a monthly group coaching call, and a monthly spouse call. The learning has been powerful and transformational.
We are combining this learning with the power of nature and fly fishing. We couldn’t have asked to do it in a more stunningly beautiful location and the fishing has been just terrific. Here is a few of our clients enjoying the scenery and with a few of the trout we have taken.
Our approach is like interval training working hard on uncovering why we do what we do, how to change behavior that doesn’t serve us and then taking some time to let our mind rest and absorb the learning. It is amazing just how effective this is. As one of our clients said to me this week, “I’ve been in a place where I felt so stuck in my life and now I feel ready to take on anything. It’s like night and day for me, and we’re not even finished with the program.”
